About Us
We are a family owned company that has been creating the finest ice sculptures in Louisiana for over 30 years.

Started by John Albrecht who, while on his path to becoming a top class chef, started sculpting for events in the hotels he worked in. After leaving the hotel business, Juliette and John Albrecht started offering their services to the community.
Like many family owned businesses, everyone in the family pitched in the various duties throughout the years. Each in turn, the four boys started by harvesting the 300 pound clear Clinebell ice blocks we make in our studio, then moved on to producing templates, delivering and setting up events, and finally to sculpting piece when ready to weild a chainsaw.

We service an area east to the Florida panhandle, west to Lake Charles and Houston, south to Grand Isle and Venice, and north to Colorado and Utah.

We specialize in custom work, many of our designs coming from the personalized ideas of our clients.
